ACBB GIVES BACK TO THE COLUMBUS COMMUNITY
The Arch City Big Band is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. As a part of our non-profit mission, it is our goal to give back to the Columbus community. All band members live in the Columbus community, most band members grew up in the Columbus community, and every band member agreed to play as a volunteer so that donated funds exceeding our operating expenses could be given back to the community.
In 2026, with support from our generous donors, we were pleased to provide two (2) $500 mini-grants to local public schools! It is an honor and privilege to assist young musicians embracing jazz! Scroll down further to see all of our past recipients.
2027 MINI-GRANT APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FOR TWO WEEKS BEGINNING MID-FEBRUARY 2027.
